Green Farm is situated on the Witcombe Estate and has been in the same private ownership for over 400 years. Witcombe Estate is situated on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment, in an AONB, and is surrounded by unspoilt countryside, with views to the Malvern Hills and Welsh Mountains. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with a feature fireplace, an inglenook fireplace in the drawing room and a bespoke kitchen. Running through the estate is the Cotswold Way, offering walks and wonderful views. Regency Cheltenham, 6 miles, has boutique shopping, the celebrated Gold Cup Cheltenham Racecourse and world-famous jazz and literary festivals. Cirencester, the ’Capital of the Cotswolds’, is 12 miles and is a charming market town. It is conveniently located to many other Cotswold towns and villages, such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, Winchcombe, Painswick, Stroud and Tetbury. Trout fishing is available within the village and, with prior arrangement, the possibility to bring your own horse. The owners’ offer a concierge service (at extra cost), to help create your perfect holiday, including help with shopping, catering for a special occasion and planning and booking itineraries, restaurants and theatres.
