Surely these have to be some of the best selections of twentieth century music? Hit after hit from Cole Porter, George Gershwin and Irving Berlin are sung and danced to with energy and passion in this show by Spirit Productions.
Hannah Grover sings an excellent rendition of ‘Lazy River’ as part of a Cotton Club medley with some sizzling moves from the dancers. There are headline performances too from Katya Virshilas and Jared Murillo of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ fame bringing us ballroom and Charleston numbers. And if that wasn’t enough ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ star, Becky O’Brien, repeats her show-stopping performance of ‘Somewhere over the Rainbow’ which brought tears to my eyes and sings a captivating version of ‘Somebody Stole my Gal’.
