“Get your Skate on!” at Gloucester Cathedral this Easter

Skate Park at Gloucester Cathedral

“Get your Skate on!” Temporary Skate Park comes to Gloucester Cathedral this Easter

From Tuesday 5 April to Thursday 7 April Gloucester Cathedral is delighted to be hosting Cathedral Skate.
This Easter you will have the opportunity to come and enjoy a fantastic temporary skate park that will be set up in the cathedral itself with dedicated scoot and skate sessions for different age groups, catering for young children to young adults. The three day event will culminate in an exciting competition and presentation.
The park itself is run by Christian Skaters, bringing years of first class scooting and skating experience from the many festivals they have led across the country including a hugely successful event at Malmesbury Abbey.
Canon Andrew Braddock said, 'cathedral skate is a brilliant opportunity for us to welcome children, families and young people into the cathedral for what will be an amazing and memorable event.'
Tickets cost £2.00 per session and booking is essential. Information about how to book can be found at: or telephone 0845 652 1823 (Mon-Fri 10.00am-4.00pm
