Book now for Gloucester Rugby Summer Camps

Following the great success of the Gloucester Rugby Easter holiday camps, Gloucester Rugby presents three Junior Rugby Camps in Gloucester and Cheltenham this July and August.

The confirmed dates and venues are:

  • Wednesday 27th & Thursday 28th July - Prince of Wales Stadium, Cheltenham
  • Thursday 4th & Friday 5th August - Chosen Hill, Churchdown
  • Tuesday 9th & Wednesday 10th August - Coney Hill RFC, Gloucester

The camps are led by former Gloucester Rugby and Samoan international player Terry Fanolua and professional rugby coaches and will focus on core skills:

- Handling - the basic principles
- Decision Making - the fundamentals of game understanding, evasion and attacking play
- Contact - Tackle technique, rucking, mauling and defensive systems
- Running - The principles of speed and agility
- Team Building - A huge part of the game, so we concentrate on how you work together

It does not matter what level of ability you play at. Everyone, both boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 13 are very welcome at these 2 day camps. Gloucester Rugby's junior camps deliver a fun and friendly environment in which youngsters can improve their game. All attendees also receive a goody bag which includes a ticket to an upcoming match, a Gloucester Rugby camp T-shirt and much more.
