The Roses Launch Their Coolest Competition Yet

The Roses Theatre

The Roses Theatre in Tewkesbury have teamed up with ice cream manufacturer Spot Loggins to search for a brand new flavour to be sold throughout the run of Robin Hood & the Babes in the Wood, Saturday 3 December – Saturday 7 January.

Panto season is always exciting for families and this year youngsters have the opportunity to get creative and enjoy the magic beyond watching the show. This competition launched by The Roses and Spot Loggins requires entrants to come up with their own flavour of ice cream and draw a picture of what their recipe would look like. The winner will be announced on Saturday 12 November and the new ice cream will be available to buy from Saturday 3 December.

Spot Loggins is a family run business from the Vale of Evesham which produces ice cream with the finest organic milk and wherever possible uses local fruit to enhance the natural flavouring used in their wide range.

The Roses’ vibrant annual pantomime has a solid reputation for being one of the best in the region and with the usual festive fantasy and merry mishaps from Robin Hood and his men, this year will be no exception.

The closing date for entries is Monday 7 November and the winner will be announced at The Roses’ Christmas Market on Saturday 12 November. Competition entry forms can be downloaded from the Robin Hood & the Babes in the Wood page on The Roses’ website.

Entries should be sent to: Ice Cream Competition, The Roses, Sun Street, Tewkesbury, Glos. GL20 5NX
