Bollywood Evening at Gloucester Guildhall

A tribute to Bollywood 90’s romance is heading to Gloucester Guildhall on Saturday 17th March.
 
The production ‘Deewana’ performed by P J Raj and Sandhya Sargam shows us a top collection of songs from the 90s era of romance Bollywood and is sure to take you on a journey through this amazing era.
 
P M Raj grew up with Bollywood music and is a performer for Bollywood,   Lollywood,  Ghazal, Bhangra and Sufi Music who has worked with national and international artists such as Bollywood melody  queen Alka Yagnik, releasing a romantic album called 'Pal' (moment). Currently he is working on a collaboration project with Bollywood playback singer Sandhya Sargam for his latest Sufi song's release.
 
Sandhya Sargam is a playback singer of Indian cinema whose career spans over three decades. As well as film music, she sings devotional songs, Classic music, ghazals, regional film songs and pop music. Since beginning her career in the 1980’s she has sung in 34 Indian languages for a range of films, TV, devotionals and pop music albums; she’s definitely a treasure in the industry.
 
Perfect for Bollywood fans and newcomers alike it will remind those fans of a retro Bollywood era whilst introducing newcomers to the soulful and romantic delights of these legendary songs. Suitable for the whole family, Deewana is a night which should not to be missed.

Doors open at 6.30pm and the show start promptly at 7pm. This is a seated event.
