Ghost Hunts at Sudeley Castle

Tuesday 29 - Thursday 31 October 2024

Prepare for an unforgettable adventure as Sudeley Castle’s irritable ghost hunter leads guests on a thrilling evening of exploration through the castle’s dimly lit corridors and eerie staircases. Participants will venture through historic rooms, hearing the creak of ancient doors and sensing the mischievous spirits lurking in the shadows.

The butler, a seasoned expert on Sudeley’s spectral residents, will recount spine-chilling tales of the castle’s haunted past. Guests will hear about real ghost sightings that have spanned centuries, providing a fascinating glimpse into the castle's eerie history.

But the excitement doesn’t end within the castle walls. As dusk falls, guests will embark on a walk through the shadowy grounds, leading to the mysterious Dungeon Tower. This site, where human remains were once discovered, enhances the already macabre atmosphere of the evening.

After searching the castle rooms and passing by the haunted ruins of Richard III, the night will conclude in the candlelit Castle Coach House. Here, participants will warm up with mulled cider, allowing for a moment to reflect on their chilling adventure. This setting provides the perfect backdrop for sharing ghostly stories with fellow adventurers, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and shared intrigue.

This exclusive ghost hunt offers a truly 'spooktacular' way to experience Sudeley. Guests will have the opportunity to explore its moonlit ruins in a way few have ever seen.

Suitable for Ages 16 and Up: This experience is designed for participants aged 16 years and older.

Indoor & Outdoor Terrain: Explore both the historic interiors and the shadowy grounds of Sudeley Castle, adding depth to the adventure.
