Cheltenham Cocktail Week to return for the third year
Cocktail Week has become an integral part of the Cheltenham calendar and this year there will even more bars, pubs, clubs, restaurants, and hotels taking part.
Now in its third year, Cheltenham Cocktail Week offers cocktail fans the opportunity to visit some of their favorite venues - and try some new ones – to experience some exclusive cocktails. Many venues will have cocktails for just £6 whilst others are offering a food and drink pairing.
Running from Friday May 10 to Saturday May 18, the event, which is organised by Cheltenham Business Improvement District (BID), will see venues across the town offering a wide array of cocktails, holding cocktail making master classes and tasting events.
There will be a Drinks Village where people can sample up to 40 different spirits, learn how they are made and even take home some of their favourite tipple. The event, being run by Tom Noori of Door 4, will be held at The Queens Hotel on Saturday May 11 and Sunday May 12.
Familiar Cocktail Week venues like Revolution, Smokey Joes, Coco and AquaVitae will be joined this year by the popular Cosy Club and newcomers to the town The Botanist and Memsahib Gin and Tea, who have some truly exotic mixes on offer.
BID Operations Manager Belinda Hunt said: “We’re pleased that so many different businesses are taking part in Cocktail Week this year. We have such a diverse range of bars, clubs and pubs in Cheltenham, all offering something different and we want people to enjoy the variety of venues around the town.”
The full list of events and participating venues will be updated on the Cheltenham BID website, across social media and on VisitCheltenham.com.
