Final appearance of the 'Horse Whisperer'

The Cotswold Show 2008 sees the final performance from the legendary horse whisperer, Gary Witheford.
After more than 20 years of remedial work with horses and ponies of all types, international horse whisperer Gary Witheford has decided to close his yard to the general public and concentrate on his services to the racing industry with professional trainers and breeders.
This is therefore the last year that Gary will be attending The Cotswold Show and the last time Gary will be demonstrating his amazing natural horsemanship skills to the general public.
Gary has astounded crowds at The Cotswold Show for many years and has helped hundreds of horses and their owners at his yard in Marlborough.
“We’ll be extremely sad to say Goodbye to Gary,” said Cotswold Show Director, Claudia Wilson. “He’s been a big part of the Show for many years and has a huge following with visitors returning year after year. We wish him the very best and would like to thank him for his dedication to the Cotswold Show over the past years.”
Gary’s appearance on 5 & 6 July 2008 at the Cotswold Show will be very poignant for all involved. His team will be at the Cotswold Show to offer the usual advice and Gary will extend the deadline for remedial bookings following the Cotswold Show but stresses that this will be limited to the end of August. Thereafter owners will be asked to contact Gary via their instructor.
