The Brewery Quarter Celebrates Cheltenham Food & Drink Week
Enjoy a party atmosphere with free entertainment during Cheltenham’s Food and Drink week at The Brewery Quarter.
Hosted by Cheltenham BID and Visit Cheltenham (part of Cheltenham Borough Council), the Cheltenham Food + Drink week will see events taking place in many venues across the town as well as outdoor entertainment, special offers, and more.
Some of the events are ticketed and need signing up for in advance, other events members of the public are invited to just drop-in and enjoy for free. At The Brewery Quarter, there’s something on offer to appeal to all taste buds, budgets, and ages. You can dive into food and drink experiences with tasting menus throughout the week at The Alchemist and Cosy Club, or a gin tasting masterclass on 29 September at Hub Box. There will be free entertainment across the weekend - outside in front of Cupola Tower - with children’s entertainers for the kids, and live music for the grownups from 30 September – 2 October.
On Friday 30 September from 2-6pm join the marvellous Thomas Trilby as he performs circus skills whilst on stilts in hilarious walkabouts around The Brewery. Then from 6-9pm, enjoy a variety of live music in the centre of the scheme including vintage singer Katy Sirr. Take a seat and enjoy drinks from the outdoor bar, courtesy of The Alchemist.
On Saturday 1 October, there will be plenty more live music from 4-9pm, including ukulele music with duo Uke2 and pop/rock with Lucy Parish, along with an outdoor bar courtesy of The Botanist.
On Sunday 2 October, from 12-4pm join the wacky Damian from Totally Crazy entertainment providing a hilarious show for the kids. Then from 4-9pm there will be more live music, including ethereal lyrics and haunting vocals with Chloe Gorman and Andrew Bates, country/pop with Sophie Cotterell, indie rock with Chaplin Shakes and pop/rock with Jack Taylor to finish off the week.
