Little Boots confirmed for Wychwood 2009
Little Boots, aka Victoria Hesketh, has been added to the line up for The Independent stage on Saturday 30 May 2009 at Wychwood Music Festival on Cheltenham Racecourse. The electro-pop singer, and winner of BBC’s Sound of 2009 poll is having a fantastic year so far steadily taking over the airwaves. A week after Duffy confirmed her Wychwood appearance in 2008 she scored her first number one single, could Wychwood have the same magical effect for Little Boots? The forthcoming single ‘New In Town’ is released Monday 25th May and was Sara Cox’s record of the week last week on Radio 1. Wychwood Music Festival takes place 29 – 31 May 2009, on Cheltenham Racecourse featuring Super Furry Animals, Supergrass, Red Light Company, The Wonder Stuff + many more.
